What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and team members
• Answering calls and emails in a warm, professional manner
• Managing meeting rooms and diaries
• Assisting with general admin and office support

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have previous reception, front-of-house, or admin experience in the creative industry
• Are confident, reliable, and well-presented
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Love working in fast-paced, creative environments
• Are available for short-term and/or same-day bookings
