We need a sharp, intellectually curious professional to join a high-profile boutique firm in the heart of the West End.

This position is for someone who thrives in a sophisticated office and takes genuine pride in being the go-to person for everyone from high-net-worth individuals to internal Partners. You will be the first impression of the business, so we need someone who radiates polish, intelligence, and calm.

You are proactive, switched on, and likely the person in your friend group who organises everything. To thrive here, you will need:

A Strong Academic Foundation: You are highly academically credentialed with a strong degree (or equivalent). You enjoy a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes.

Professional Pedigree: You have already cut your teeth in a high-stakes professional environment, think Legal, Finance, or Executive Search. You understand the etiquette and pace of these industries.

Tech-Fluent: You don't just know computers; you are the person people ask for help. You are an expert with MS Office and can pick up new systems and CRMs in an afternoon.

A Collaborative Mentality: While you will own the front-of-house, you aren't afraid to help a Partner with a complex diary clash or jump in on a travel booking. No task is too big or too small.

A Typical Day

The Welcome: Hosting global clients and senior stakeholders with total grace.

The Hub: Managing the puzzle of busy meeting room schedules and ensuring the boardrooms are always investor ready.

The Support: Providing a high level of EA/Team Assistant support, think travel logistics, couriers, and keeping the office standards at a 5-star level.

The Vault: Handling sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion.
