We’re on the hunt for a superstar Front of House Receptionist to join our client's awesome team. You’ll be the go-to person for first impressions, making sure every visitor, client, and colleague feels welcomed, supported, and looked after from the moment they walk in.
What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers):

- Be the first smiley face people see—greet all guests and colleagues warmly and professionally.
- Keep the reception areas looking sharp with regular daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
- Keep meeting rooms and communal spaces looking their best (yes, that plant must stay alive!).
- Be the master of meeting room bookings using Outlook and Smartways—no double-booking on your watch.
- Check and manage the FOH inbox—stay on top of requests with ninja-like speed.
- Organise everything from coffees to full-on lunches for meetings and client visits.
- Help set the vibe for internal events and socials (food, drinks, good times).
- Handle couriers, deliveries, and post with ease.
- Pitch in on exciting client events—think guest lists, catering, and occasional late-night glam.
- Team up with IT to make sure meeting tech runs without a hitch.
- Create ID cards for new joiners (badge-making wizardry included).
- Answer general questions and help walk-in guests feel welcome and informed.
- Be the all-around support hero the team didn’t know they couldn’t live without.
What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience working in a FOH role (bonus points if you’ve used Connect—but it’s not a dealbreaker).
- A natural people-person with top-notch customer service skills.
- Cool under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail and a get-things-done attitude.
- Multi-tasking legend—you can juggle calls, bookings, and catering orders like it’s no big deal.
- Friendly, adaptable, and up for anything the day throws your way.
- A team player through and through—with a passion for keeping things running like clockwork.
