\nKey responsibilities for this Front of House Receptionist position:

    • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff promptly and professionally
    • \n\t\t
    • Create a welcoming and polished first impression at all times
    • \n\t\t
    • Offer refreshments and manage the visitor booking system
    • \n\t\t
    • Answer incoming calls, take clear messages, and ensure timely responses
    • \n\t\t
    • Schedule and organise meetings, including room bookings and catering arrangements
    • \n\t\t
    • Maintain a pristine reception area, boardrooms, and kitchen spaces
    • \n\t\t
    • Coordinate room setups to support daily schedules and meetings
    • \n\t\t
    • Liaise with facilities teams and vendors to address maintenance issues
    • \n\t\t
    • Handle courier bookings and ensure timely delivery and collection
    • \n\t\t
    • Oversee the incoming and outgoing post and packages
    • \n\t
    \n\t
