* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. * Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. * Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail. * Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming. * Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. * Assist with managing calendars. * Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. * Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
*Qualifications*
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred. * Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A professional demeanour with a customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
