A dynamic and vibrant arts company is on the lookout for an immediately available, proactive, and personable Receptionist to become the friendly face and operational hub of its lively West London office.
Working alongside the Operations Manager and Operations Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. From welcoming visitors and managing meeting room logistics to supporting internal events and keeping supplies in check, you'll help create a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for the entire team.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Warmly greeting guests and making sure meeting rooms are well-prepared
• Managing office and stationery stock levels
• Ordering supplies for both the kitchen and general office needs
• Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
• Supporting the coordination of internal events and general office upkeep
