\n Sounds great, what will I be doing?
\n In this role, the individual will support people experiencing mental health challenges by managing a caseload of clients who require early intervention or preventative support. They will deliver group activities and co-produced programmes, clearly communicating the service's aims and pathways to encourage active participation. The role involves empowering service users to engage with external professionals and community services, helping them work toward their goals. Working flexibly as part of a team, the individual will contribute to developing peer support networks and community-based activities, while also ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and confidentiality of all service users. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting service operations, ensuring timely referrals and reviews, and participating in regular supervision and development activities.
