Are you an Account Co-ordinator ready to take the next step, or a Recruitment Consultant seeking a role without sales pressure? Acorn by Synergie is looking for an Account Manager to deliver outstanding service to one of our most prestigious key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment account management or managing demanding customer accounts. Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.

Key Duties

Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.

Source, vet, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client managers.

Provide and present management information.

Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.

Support weekly payroll and other administrative tasks when required.

Maintain an on-site presence at the client site, liaising with the client as needed.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment account management or managing busy customer accounts.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable.

Full UK driving licence.

Flexibility to be on-site at Ellesmere Port from 06:45 and work around client requirements.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
