We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support our labour team in hiring and managing blue collar staff for large groundworks projects. This role involves assisting with recruitment, helping organise staff for different sites, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll work closely with our site teams and play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Help post job ads, screen CVs, arrange phone screens, and manage candidate records.
- Onboarding: Assist with paperwork and compliance documents.
- Workforce Scheduling: Help allocate workers to different projects, ensuring availability and skills match the job needs.
- Admin & Systems: Keep workforce databases and systems up to date with accurate information.
- Site Coordination: Communicate with site managers and supervisors to confirm staffing levels and resolve issues quickly.
- Last-Minute Changes: Support filling urgent or short-notice roles to prevent site disruptions.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and staffing activities adhere to health & safety, legal, and company standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an admin or coordinator role.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with workers, site teams, and office staff.
- Problem-solving abilities for quick responses to changes or last-minute staffing needs.
- Proficiency with software, spreadsheets, and email systems.
- A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
