My client, a global engineering, design, and project management consultancy, is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Administrator for their office in Birmingham. Job Title: Recruitment Administrator Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in the office) 6 - month contract Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Administrator , you will provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the recruitment team inbox and all related administrative tasks Acting as the main point of contact for finance and accounts payable regarding invoice and rate queries Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the offshore HR transactions team, serving as their key contact Assisting Recruitment Advisors with the end-to-end recruitment process as needed, including onboarding via Workday and coordinating interviews Skills & Competencies: Clear and professional communication skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/ATS systems Experience with Workday is highly preferred Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently Experience working for large organisation...
