Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join a successful, family run agency in West London.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven ability of running a successful, fast paced, temporary desk.

* Line management experience

* Experience of carrying out performance reviews

* Have a hardworking, professional mindset

* Very good communication skills

What’s on offer:

* Base up to £60k

* Leading a team of 3 established consultants

* Comms paid up to 17.5% in addition to commission on your teams earnings

* Monday and Fridays are remote working days

* 7am -4pm hours in term time with reduced working hours in school holidays
