The Role We are excited to launch a new Catering Division and are seeking an experienced, ambitious Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of this opportunity. This role is ideal for a proven biller with a strong sales background who thrives on business development and is motivated by building a desk from the ground up. You will play a key role in establishing and growing the division, developing new client relationships, and sourcing high-quality catering and hospitality talent. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Build and develop a new catering recruitment desk from scratch

Proactively identify and win new business within the catering and hospitality sector

Generate leads, arrange client meetings, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships

Negotiate terms of business, fees, and contracts

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Recruitment & Delivery Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of catering and hospitality roles

Write and advertise vacancies across multiple platforms

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Deliver a high standard of candidate care throughout the recruitment process

Account Management Develop and nurture strong client relationships

Act as a trusted partner, offering market insight and recruitment expertise

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate records using the CRM system

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with current legislation and internal policies

Key Requirements Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (hospitality/catering sector experience desirable but not essential)

Strong sales background with a track record of winning new business

Experience building or developing a desk or client base is highly advantageous

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Highly self-motivated, driven, and target-focused

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Full UK driving licence and own car essential
