Recruitment Consultant - M&E

We’re looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to own and grow your own desk. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, managing clients, sourcing candidates, and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment processes, while building a profitable and sustainable desk.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Generate new clients through outreach, networking, and referrals.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers.
* Secure job briefs and develop repeat business.
* Attend meetings/site visits and negotiate fees and terms.
Recruitment Delivery
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement.
* Source candidates via job boards, CRM, referrals, and direct search.
* Screen, interview, and present high‑quality shortlists.
* Manage interviews, feedback, offers, and aftercare.
* Build long-term candidate networks for repeat and referral business.
Desk Management
* Run your desk as a commercial business unit.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipelines, and forecast revenue.
* Work toward and exceed activity, placement, and revenue targets.
* Ensure all placements meet commercial and margin expectations.
Compliance
* Ensure candidates meet all compliance standards.
* Maintain correct documentation and follow internal processes.
* Keep data accurate and up to date.
Market & Relationship Development
* Build strong market knowledge around trends, demand, and competitors.
* Establish yourself as a credible specialist in your sector.
* Develop talent pools and share market insight with clients.
Collaboration
* Work closely with colleagues to maximise delivery success.
* Share candidates, leads, and intelligence where appropriate.
* Contribute to a positive, high‑performance team environment.
