This is a full 360 recruitment role where no two days look the same.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across housing associations, charities, and local authorities
- Source and engage candidates for both temporary and permanent roles
- Write compelling job adverts and manage applications
- Interview and shortlist candidates, matching them to the right opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment processfrom brief to placement
- Stay close to your market, spotting opportunities and growing your desk

The Person:
For this role our client is seeking someone who has already gained experience in recruitment. In addition to this they are also looking for someone who is:
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Driven and motivated, but not pushy
- Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Resilient, positive, and solutions-focused
- Interested in working in a sector that makes a difference
