What youll be doing Managing and developing key client accounts across a busy general staffing desk. Recruiting, interviewing and assessing candidates. Handling day-to-day client queries and ensuring service excellence. Identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth. Advertising vacancies and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Visiting client sites and building long-term partnerships. What youll bring Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant. Strong candidate and client management skills. Confident interviewing and assessment capability. Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
