Apricus Resourcing is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a specialist desk focused on roles within charities, non-profits and healthcare providers.

Due to continued growth we’re now looking for a new Consultant to join the team and help push the business forwards towards our goal of being one of the go-to suppliers within the Health, Social & Criminal Justice Space.

Available role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and supplying high-quality temporary staff into the health and social care sector.

This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where success is driven by activity, relationship building, and delivering results.

You will work closely within a small team with big growth plans over the next 12-months!

Key Responsibilities

* Business Development

* Proactively generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking

* Build and maintain relationships with independent providers, charities, local authorities, and private care providers

* Attend client meetings and understand hiring needs

* Track revenue

* Meet and exceed KPI’s

Location and Mobility

Primarily office based role with flexibility following probation period

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5:30 + Reduced Hours over Christmas / Early finish Friday

Salary: £26,000 + Commission (Year 1 OTE £35,000+/Year 2 OTE £40,000 +)
