Job Type: Full-time | Office-based

Schedule: Alternating 5-day / 6-day weeks

Shifts: 9:00am–6:00pm or 10:00am–7:00pm

Salary: Up to £25,000 basic DOE + £85,000+ OTE (uncapped)

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Car Planet — the UK’s fastest-growing used car supermarket. With 4 locations already and plans to scale to 20+ in the next few years, we need a relentless recruiter who’s hungry to help us grow.

This role is all about pace, persistence, and performance. You’ll be on the phones every day, sourcing and placing top talent across sales, buying, prep, and head office. The goal? Fill roles fast, hit targets, and cash in on a generous commission structure.

- Office-based in Barnet (no remote/hybrid)

- Alternating 5-day and 6-day work weeks

- Shifts: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm

What You’ll Be Doing

- Sourcing candidates via Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn and more

- Making high-volume outbound calls daily to screen, qualify, and sell the role

- Coordinating interviews and managing the end-to-end recruitment process

- Issuing contracts and managing onboarding with speed and accuracy

- Keeping recruitment systems and trackers up to date

- Supporting volume hiring campaigns across multiple departments and sites

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing (agency or internal)

- Extremely proactive, target-driven, and money motivated

- Comfortable with high call volumes and a fast-paced working environment

- Strong communication and closing skills — both written and verbal

- Detail-oriented when it comes to contracts, systems, and onboarding

- Someone who takes pride in placing people fast and efficiently
