This is a remote role covering Milton Keynes, Northampton and the wider Beds, Herts & Bucks region, with occasional & monthly travel to the Ipswich head office.

The role:

• Build and grow your own recruitment desk
• Win and develop client relationships
• Deliver high-quality candidates in your market
• Operate with full ownership of your billing

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in recruitment
• Has billed £100k+ (or strong upward trajectory)
• Is confident in business development and client management
• Thrives in a flexible, self-managed environment
