Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 / year

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all three sites, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Lead and coach a small team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand resourcing needs, providing expert advice on talent attraction strategies.
• Actively support the direct resourcing and headhunting of top talent for key and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including proactive sourcing and talent pooling.
• Manage workforce planning activities in line with business priorities and future growth.

• Drive the employer branding strategy to attract top talent and promote AllClear and InsureandGo as an employer of choice.
• Develop and implement campaigns to enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), working in partnership with Marketing and Communications teams.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build awareness and strengthen the talent pipeline.

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Implement effective selection and assessment methods, ensuring a fair and objective recruitment process.
• Oversee the use and optimisation of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and maximising functionality.

• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.), using data to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
• Benchmark recruitment activities against market trends to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (ideally across multiple sites).
• Strong resourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to source passive candidates and attract top talent for hard-to-fill roles.
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and developing recruiters.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and selection methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute employer branding strategies and EVP initiatives.
• Proven track record of improving recruitment processes, tools, and systems to deliver efficiencies.
• Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret recruitment metrics and benchmarking data.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); knowledge of Pinpoint is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
