What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in finding the best talent for the civil engineering industry.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
• Conducting interviews to match candidates with exciting roles.
• Visiting clients and projects to understand job specifications and gain hands-on industry insights.
• Handling administrative tasks like arranging interviews and processing timesheets.
• Writing and posting eye-catching job adverts on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Collaborating with Senior Consultants to perfect CVs and provide detailed interview notes to clients.
