What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer:

Proactively sourcing and engaging with educational professionals Building relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to the right opportunities Using job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM to manage candidate pipelines Supporting with interview coordination and candidate management throughout the process Helping to grow our presence and reputation within the market via social mediaWhat we're looking for in a Recruitment Resourcer:
