We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Services Manager to join our People Directorate within a newly aligned Recruitment Operations and Talent Acquisition Team. You will report to our Director of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for managing the Recruitment Operations team. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive service excellence, champion inclusive hiring practices, and help build a scalable, sector-leading recruitment model.
