Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliableRefrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineerto join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across commercial and/or residential sites.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems

Fault finding and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Working on systems including split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, cold rooms, all aspects of refrigeration inc. CO2 and air handling units

Ensuring all work complies with current health & safety and F-Gas regulations

Completing job reports and service documentation accurately

Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism on-site

Working independently and as part of a team

Participating in an on-call rota (if required)

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning Engineer

Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)

Good electrical and mechanical knowledge

Ability to fault-find and problem-solve effectively

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage workload efficiently
