Interim Regeneration Consultant -Capital and Infrastructure DeliveryContract: 3-4 months (with potential extension) Location: Midlands (hybrid - 2 days onsite) Rate: Competitive IR35: Outside IR35OverviewAn opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of infrastructure and regeneration projects, focused on progressing schemes from feasibility through to procurement (design & build stage).This role is suited to someone with strong technical awareness across civil engineering and public realm projects, capable of managing multiple workstreams at pace.Key ResponsibilitiesLead feasibility studies across a range of infrastructure schemesProgress projects to procurement-ready stage (design & build)Coordinate technical inputs across internal and external teamsManage multiple schemes including:Public realm improvementsPedestrian / cycle infrastructureBridge upgrades and wideningEngage with private landowners, developers, and external stakeholdersEnsure alignment with funding and regeneration objectivesKey RequirementsStrong background in infrastructure / civil engineering project deliveryExperience across early project stages (RIBA 0-4 or equivalent)Ability to manage multiple concurrent schemesProven stakeholder engagement, including private sector interfacePublic sector experience preferredPlease contact Alex Miller or Rebecca Martin for more details.JBRP1_UKTJ
