As Regional Depot Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading team recruitment, retention, development and training initiatives Managing operations across all sites through strong engagement and effective communication with both staff and customers Driving productivity through data analysis and informed decision-making to minimise inefficiencies and underperformance Overseeing freight budget management, using performance data to meet KPIs and support business growth Ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting internal audits, overseeing maintenance programmes and upholding product quality standards Candidates wishing to be considered should meet the following requirements:
