What's in it for you: Up to £70k 26 days holiday + 8 BH - buy & sell Company Bonus Private Medical Company Pension Company car/Car allowance What you'll be doing: Evaluate and accurately estimate costings on land acquisition, focusing on legal fees, site preparation, environmental factors, land topography and any conditions that might affect the works. Regularly visit sites to ensure pricing is up to standard and evaluate the quality of land. Using your COINS experience, you'll prepare detailed cost estimation reports for the Commercial team to present and aid in decision making. Understand the current market and cross reference with previous experience to ensure you can deliver the best results whilst maintaining under budget and within timeframes. What you'll need: Relevant qualification and/or excellent experience in cost estimating, commercial or groundworks for the new build housing industry. Knowledge of using COINS is an added bonus. UK Driving Licence. Good financial/commercial and computer estimating knowledge.
