Regional HR Advisor

We’re supporting a major organisation in recruiting a Regional HR Advisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This is a full time position paying £45k + company car and is due to start in January. A regional role, this will cover sites mainly across the Midlands and North West.
This is a hybrid position, spending around three days per week on-site across regional locations, with the rest of the time working remotely. You’ll be a trusted partner to managers, providing practical, solutions-focused HR support and confident ER advice.
Daily duties:
Managing a diverse ER caseload from start to finish Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters Supporting the full employee lifecycle and promoting a positive colleague experience Building strong, credible relationships with operational teams Using ER trends and data insights to drive improvements Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies Maintaining accurate HR administration in a fast-paced environment
