Key Responsibilities:

Deliver annual leasehold and capital works within budget and agreed timelines. Obtain competitive, value-for-money quotations for works and services. Ensure all plant and equipment are serviced and maintained in line with statutory regulations and best practice. Oversee day-to-day repairs and call-outs, ensuring they meet high standards. Develop and implement strategies to minimise building-related risks. Maintain properties to exceptional standards within allocated budgets. Manage property projects from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with legislation. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver FM services and support security programs.
