Purpose of the role Reporting to the Deputy Regional Operations Director the remit of the Regional Quality Improvement Manager will encompass the leadership and implementation of the quality strategy across the region reviewing audit outcomes and actions required with direction from the DROD. You will offer guidance and support to the homes while working alongside the teams to ensure we improve care delivery and embed quality and wellbeing.
