Key responsibilities

  • To have a clear understanding of theCommercial andIndustrialrecruitment sector,with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients.

  • To recognise cross selling opportunities across the entire proposition,to ensure maximum penetration across Quest Employments services.

  • Generate new business,whilst meeting monthlyand annual sales targets.

  • To keep up to date with legislation / employment law and developments within our industry and other areas within the post holders scope of professionalexpertiseand knowledge.

  • Contribute to campaigns held within the BDM team as well as effectively managing clientcontactsfor repeat business through referrals.

  • Presenting asrequired,whentendering for new business andcomplying withcompany procedures.

  • Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings with prepared monthly sales reports

  • The successful candidate will be tasked with understanding where opportunities lie regionally and nationally for business growth, securingnewbusiness to previously unexploited sectors.

Skills/experience

  • Min of 12 months working within Recruitment and proven track record of success winning new business

  • History of over achievement in new business sales, with volume users

  • Self-starterwho is target-driven and motivated must be comfortable in atarget orientedenvironment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face).

  • Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously.

  • The ideal candidate will bedetermined, outgoing, positive,articulateand diplomatic.

  • Preferablyfrom the recruitment industrial and have a high conversion cold call to clientratio.
