Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential
UK Wide (North / Midlands / South)
Salary :Up to £60,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We’re partnering with a growing children’s residential provider to appoint a Regional Support Manager a senior, hands-on leader who can bring clarity, structure, and confidence to homes when it matters most.
This is not a desk-based role. It’s for someone who thrives on being in services, supporting managers, and making things better fast.
What Makes This Role Different
- You’ll act as the go-to leader when homes need support
- You’ll step in to stabilise services, guide teams, and improve performance
- You’ll combine hands-on leadership with strategic oversight
- You’ll influence quality across a small portfolio (~6 homes)
- You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the Responsible Individual
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing “parachute support” to homes needing leadership or capacity
- Delivering audits, coaching & mentoring to Registered Managers and teams
- Offering interim management cover where required
- Identifying risks early and implementing clear improvement plans
- Driving Ofsted readiness, safeguarding, and compliance standards
- Supporting teams to create safe, therapeutic, child-centred environments
What You’ll Bring
- Strong leadership experience within children’s residential care
- Track record of supporting or improving multiple homes/services
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding & regulations
- Ability to coach, influence, and stabilise teams effectively
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) In Social Care
