Regional Vice President - Customer Lifecycle Management Sales
New Today
nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.
Curious Minds. Bold Ideas. Extraordinary Impact.
We're transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We'll build what's next - together.
The Opportunity
nCino is redefining how financial institutions operate — and we're now building the team that will lead that transformation across Europe. As Regional Vice President for Commercial Loan Management (CLM) Sales, you won't just be joining a sales team. You'll be laying the foundations of one.
This is a rare opportunity to build something significant from the ground up. In your first two years, you'll grow a team of 7–10 people while simultaneously generating pipeline and closing deals. Based in Amsterdam or the Nordics and working remotely, you'll have the freedom to shape your territory, your go‑to‑market approach, and ultimately the culture of your team.
What makes this role genuinely exciting is the combination of factors at play: a compelling SaaS product with real market fit, a shorter sales cycle than typical enterprise financial software (3–9 months), and the backing of a global organisation with the resources and ambition to win. You bring a strong corporate data or SaaS sales background, executive credibility, and an instinct for building — we'll bring the product, the platform, and the purpose.
What You’ll Do
Identify and target prospective nCino customers within your geographic territory and market segment, building net‑new pipeline from the ground up
Drive opportunities through qualification to close, maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Challenge prospective customers to think differently about how they manage contracts and financial workflows — bringing a consultative, insight‑led approach
Build strong nCino brand presence within your territory through thought leadership, partnerships, and consistent market engagement
Manage complex sales cycles by mapping decision‑making processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business
Identify and engage executive‑level stakeholders — building consensus among key decision‑makers and mobilising champions within client organisations
Work in close partnership with inside sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a cohesive message and outstanding client experience
Expand nCino’s presence within existing clients by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and driving product adoption
Introduce newly released nCino products and capabilities to existing customers, growing account value over time
Lay the groundwork for a regional team, contributing to hiring decisions and shaping the culture and structure of your future organisation
Ideally You’ll Have
A strong background in corporate data or SaaS sales, with a consistent record of building pipeline and closing complex deals
Demonstrated ability to sell to the C‑suite — challenging executive thinking, building consensus, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
Substantial experience in an enterprise or complex B2B sales environment, with a track record of exceeding targets
Excellent communication skills — clear, compelling, and credible whether presenting live or virtually
A collaborative working style with the ability to partner effectively across product, professional services, customer success, and finance teams
Willingness and ability to travel across your European territory as needed
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
It Would Be a Bonus if You Also Bring
Banking or financial services domain knowledge
Commercial banking expertise
A graduate degree or relevant professional certifications
Experience in building or scaling a sales team
In Return We’re Offering
Attractive base salary and on target earnings
Health & Insurance
Pension scheme
25 days paid time off plus volunteer days
