Within long-cycle B2B contexts, 70–90% of the following year's revenue hinges on your ability to renew effectively, expand strategically, and execute recoveries. Forecast inconsistencies, poorly drafted statements of work, and inadequate escalation protocols silently erode both margin and credibility. The outcome: missed targets, CFO doubt, and customers who view you as interchangeable rather than indispensable.

You will apply genuine GenAI expertise to accelerate analysis and stakeholder communication, exercise sound commercial judgment amid ambiguity, deploy escalation discipline that restores confidence, and develop team capability in pricing strategy, deal structuring, and negotiation tactics. If your background includes leading enterprise B2B software sales with accountability for renewals, expansions, multi-year agreements, service-level commitments, and pricing governance, this environment will align with your experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Managing renewals and expansions from opportunity identification through contract execution
Conducting executive-level reviews and controlling escalation processes

Basic Requirements
Minimum 5 years managing renewals, account expansions, or growth initiatives within the B2B enterprise software sector
Demonstrated use of LLMs and GenAI technologies to optimize operational workflows
Track record managing enterprise accounts valued in the multi-million-dollar range
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows
Background serving regulated industry clients (finance, healthcare, or pharmaceutical), including compliance-informed commercial frameworks
Leadership experience directing sales or account management teams in quota-bearing capacities, with a focus on coaching deal architecture and negotiation excellence
