This search is for a Regional Vice President of Sales - a pivotal appointment with both strategic and operational scope. What the role will require We’re looking for a proven sales leader with 12+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience and a strong track record of:
Scaling and developing regional enterprise sales teams Bringing clarity, coaching, and consistency to a growing organisation
This is a visible, influential role, suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. This role is best suited to a driven, resilient, and entrepreneurial sales leader, someone who is motivated by the opportunity to build, shape, and deliver meaningful impact while being rewarded accordingly. You will thrive here if you’re comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment where strong leadership and immediate contribution are both expected and valued. Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or adjacent sectors is advantageous but not essential.
