This home is part of a well regarded care provider in the south east of England You will be /have:-
Previous experience in a leadership or deputy management role within a care or nursing setting. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in adult social care. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
