Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? The home is rated Good by the CQC and prides itself on providing person-centred, high-quality care in a supportive and friendly environment.
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining compliance, and ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice

Oversee individual care plans and ensure regular reviews

Motivate, develop, and support your team to deliver outstanding care

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
*
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local professionals

Promote the home within the community and support occupancy growth
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing care setting
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and person-centred care
