What you’ll be doing: ⮕ Leading quality home care delivery ⮕ Conducting client assessments & care planning ⮕ Managing, mentoring & developing care staff ⮕ Ensuring CQC compliance & leading inspections ⮕ relationships with families & professionals ⮕ Overseeing rotas, recruitment & performance

What we’re looking for: Experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Manager Strong leadership & organisational skills Good knowledge of CQC standards Someone who genuinely cares about delivering high standards, leads from the front, and understands what “good” looks like in home care Passion for delivering exceptional care
