We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to build their own provision as we complete the Ofsted registration process for a new home in Harlow. It will be registered to accommodate 1 young person between the ages of 11-18 assessed as having EBD needs. You will be responsible for working closely with the company's Responsible Individual to build an outstanding support team. *Eligibility* We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of running residential children's services to an Ofsted inspection grading deemed 'good' or above. If you are a Deputy Manager interested in stepping up, you must have completed your NVQ level 5 in Leadership & Management.
