We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to build their own provision as we complete the Ofsted registration process for a new home in Harlow. The Opportunity Our property in Harlow boasts a recently refurbished interior to the highest of standards. It will be registered to accommodate 1 young person between the ages of 11-18 assessed as having EBD needs. You will be responsible for working closely with the company's Responsible Individual to build an outstanding support team. Eligibility We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of running residential children's services to an Ofsted inspection grading deemed 'good' or above. If you are a Deputy Manager interested in stepping up, you must have completed your NVQ level 5 in Leadership & Management. Experience in supporting professional development and the ability to deliver in-house training is essential to the success of this role.
