If you're ready for a new challenge and opportunity to lead and develop a team supporting adults with autism and behaviours that may challenge, we are seeking a skilled Registered Manager to oversee a two bedded residential service in Leyland. Working for a progressive and established organisation who provide support and care to adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours we seek someone who holds the strong values and person-centred support at the heart of what they do. The role: To oversee the day-to-day operations of a two-bedded residential service for adults with complex behaviours and autism. Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of service users. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of service users' needs and progress. Ensure effective communication with service users, families, and external stakeholders. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maintain service quality. To liaise with commissioners and stakeholders and be aware of all relevant CQC legislation and requirements. The ideal Candidate: A skilled RM who seeks a new opportunity and ready for a new challenge, ideally with the NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management. Experience in leading teams and performance management of staff, and conduct supervisions. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Flexible in working approach. Monday to Friday, permanent 37.5 hours per week. On call duties shared with other managers.
