About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Registered Manager to lead a specialist short-break residential service for children and young people aged 5-17. This is a unique opportunity to lead a service focused on preventing children from entering care by delivering high-quality, planned short breaks and intensive family support. The home provides a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can build resilience, develop strategies, and strengthen family relationships during times of crisis.
