Salary: £57,000 £67,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Were working exclusively with an emerging, well-prepared childrens residential provider who is opening two brand-new homes in West London and is now seeking Registered Managers to take both services through final registration and into operation.
These will be the providers first homes, but they are entering the sector with strong foundations including an experienced Responsible Individual already in place, planning approval secured, and a robust professional network offering ongoing operational support. Both homes are ready for the final stage of registration and now require the right leaders to sign off and bring them to life.
The Homes Hayes 4-bed childrens home, likely EBD focused

Ealing Large 6-bed property, suited to therapeutic care and potentially Learning Disabilities (LD)

Each home has been designed with quality, stability, and long-term outcomes in mind, offering an excellent platform for a manager who wants to shape a service properly from day one.
The Role As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead the final stages of Ofsted registration

Shape the homes ethos, care model, and operational standards

Recruit, develop, and lead your staff team

Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards

Deliver safe, therapeutic, child-centred care

Work closely with the RI and ownership team to embed best practice

The Ideal Candidate Were keen to speak with:
Experienced Registered Managers, or

Exceptional Deputy Managers ready for their first RM role

Youll bring:
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

A values-led, child-first approach

Confidence setting up and leading a home
