A well established domiciliary care provider in Harrogate is looking to appoint a new Registered Manager.
What we are looking for: You will have several years’ experience at management level within domiciliary care or live in care, with an ability to think strategically and with a passion for involvement in the service and delivery of care and support to the clients; they are looking for an inspirational leader who will be hands-on, visible in the business and act as a champion for best practice and high standards.

Essential to the role:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Social Care (or equivalent).
Significant experience in a domiciliary care setting, including leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards, Health and Social Care Act regulations, and safeguarding procedures
