Maintain compliance with CQC standards, health & safety, and company policies.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including resident care, staff scheduling, and service improvements.
Requirements as a Registered Manager: Minimum of 6 month previous Home Management experience/ 2 years a supernumerary Deputy Manager NVQ Level 5 (Health & Social Care)/Registered Nurse Qualification Experienced Registered Manager?
