About the Company You will be joining a well-established, family run nursing and residential service with 21 beds. The home is known locally for delivering consistent, high-quality care and maintaining a settled, committed staff team. The leadership team values continuity, clinical standards, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership of a 21 bedded nursing and residential service. Maintain and strengthen CQC compliance, governance, and clinical standards. Lead the safe transition towards increased complex care provision. Support and develop a stable nursing and care team.

About You Nurse qualified with active NMC registration. Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
