Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager Location: Warrington (WA1 & WA2) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary Potential: Up to £75,000 pa OTE (£55,000 starting + attractive bonus scheme) Purpose of the Dual Registered Manager Role Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two Ofsted-regulated children’s homes located just three miles apart in Warrington. This is an opportunity to join from the very beginning of the registration process - with one home ready now, and the second due to open later this year. You’ll play a key role in shaping high‑quality, therapeutic, trauma‑informed care environments from day one. Dual Registered Manager Earning Potential * Up to £75,000 - £55,000 starting salary rising to £60,000 once the second home opens. Bonuses * Outstanding Ofsted rating: £3,000 per home (up to £6,000 total) * Good Ofsted rating: £1,500 per home * Placement retention bonus: Up to £9,000 * Joining bonus: £1,000 after 3 months * Registration bonus: £1,000 following successful Ofsted registration The Homes * Home 1 - WA2 * Solo provision (1 child) * Fully registration-ready * Immediate start - manager required for application submission * Home 2 - WA1 * 2-bed children’s home * Planning approved * Registration-ready in July * Operates as part of a dual registration model Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable leader who brings: * Previous Ofsted registration experience within the last 2 years. * Level 5 qualification (or working towards) * Strong safeguarding, regulatory and compliance expertise. * Confidence navigating registrations and inspections. * A commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed practice.
