Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in care, who leads with compassion, empathy and dedication? If so, this Home Manager role could be a great fit for you.

As the Registered Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the home;
* Provide strong, assertive, visible and effective leadership across the home.
* Ensure a safe, familiar and nurturing environment specifically for those with dementia and memory related conditions
* Be the lead for safeguarding an incident reporting.
* Maintain high occupancy levels by building excellent relationships with Local Authority and commissioners.
* Recruit, develop and retain a highperforming and motivated workforce.
* Ensure residents have access to a range of social activities, sensory activities engaging outings and stable routines.
* Be accountable for the home’s financial performance.
What we’re looking for:
* You’ll need to have management experience within residential care – either as a Registered Manager / Home Manager, or if you’re a very experienced Deputy we’d also like to hear from you.
* You’ll need QCF level 5 or equivalent in Social Care Leadership and Management or at least be already working towards it.
* You’ll demonstrate sound knowledge of CQC standards, and regularly frameworks and be competent with the use of IT systems and technology.
* A real passion for delivering trulyperson-centred care that truly makes a difference.
