About the Role: As a Registered Care Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the branch is compliant, delivering exceptionally high standards of care and support, and working closely with the Managing Director, office, external agencies, and care staff. Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of service operations and compliance and maintain a high standard of care and support. Train, Recruit, retain, and manage care office and care staff effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs to support business growth Be an ambassador for the business in the community, identify and pursue business opportunities, strengthen professional relationships, and forge new ones.
