Full-Time Flexibility required to meet service needs Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are seeking an experienced, confident Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism, trauma, and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, developing teams, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive. You will lead a dedicated staff team and take full responsibility for ensuring the service consistently delivers outstanding, child-centred care. Key Responsibilities: As Registered Manager, you will direct the service while creating a supportive and empowering environment centred on the wellbeing of each young person. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a team to deliver high standards of care Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards Embedding a trauma-informed and child-centred approach Managing staffing, rotas, and resources effectively Always maintaining strong safeguarding practices Supporting and developing staff through supervision and mentoring Building positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies Driving continuous improvement across the service Ensuring a safe, stable, and supportive environment for young people Requirements: We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can lead with confidence and compassion. You will need to have: Experience managing a regulated childrens home A strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory requirements Valid DBS within the last 12 months (preferably on the update service) or willingness to complete a new one Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare), or working towards The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Experience supporting young people with complex needs Excellent communication and organisational skills A resilient, proactive, and child-focused approach Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices Why Join Us?
