Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home Location: Hatfield, AL10 Salary: £50,000 £55,000 per year (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Important: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and a full clean driving licence.
About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home supporting young people aged 818 who may have experienced trauma or challenging early life experiences. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for the children and young people living in the home. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, lead and support the staff team, and ensure the service meets all safeguarding and regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the home, helping to maintain high standards of residential childcare.
